The committee, to whom was referred The 11th har til. in The Namant for The last town thestring have. attended & that dusty and report= It appears & your committee on making enque ris and hearing a statement from MY Butter field That in December Last, he entered into a contract with the agent of the Yundpike, 17 Blank, as follows Te. M Butterfield was to frut The Jumprike in Good repair, and he was to have all The tolls for one Month wird then he was to keep it in reper and Collect The tolls for one half, and that he went one and made The repairs and within Three or four days after The board of health Shut up the turn pike on account of The Small pox at the damage of him as he says of more than Thirty, dollars, but he will release all damages for The consideration of twenty five dollars. -
