At a legal Meeting of the Inhabitants of said Town of Chelmsford, qualified by Law to vote for Town-officers and in Town-affairs, held at The Meeting house in the Middle of savile Town on Monday, the third day of March A. We the Subscribers, Schelmen of the Town of Chiens force, have laid out for the use of said town a Straightening in the town- way as follows Beginning at the center of The old hood between the House of Abojan Spacelang and I a wei Parham west of a Stake by the wall of Capt Josiah Fletcher and running Easterly over all road to said flake two rods, there Easterly, Through Said Futchin and Five Koch to land of WM Fletcher and W Fletcherfon :_ there continuing the same course, through secur Fletcher land eleven rods to a stake and Horses by the before mentioned road; and from vace Fletcher loved the same course to the center of the old Road two and a half rods - to be two and a half roch wede and to lie on The Northernby side of said course, But we have not made any agreement with one news of the Land over which saw road halses for damages, for laying said Road through their Lund - which said road is reported to the town for this acceptance, and when accepted and recorded is for- even after to be known as a publick Four-way Daten at Chilimion this thirteenthe day of !- October A.D. 1833
