Regular meetings of the board are held on the first day of each month, excepting August; provided, however, that when the first day of the month in which a regular meeting is to be held falls on either Saturday or Sunday, the regular meet- ing for that month is held on the first Monday thereof

The Senior High school from 8 to 1.45 and the North and South Junior High School from 8 to 1.45. In the ele- mentary schools the morning session is from 9 to 11.45 A.M. for grammar grades and from 9 to 11.30 A.M. for kinder- garten and primary grades
