To the ............ Universalist Baptist Church

Of Orleans Massachusetts

Dear Brethren in Christ:

Because of changed conditions I believe my largest Christian usefulness can be rendered by membership in the West Medford Bap- tist Church. After careful consideration, therefore, I request a letter of dismissal from your fellowship, the same to be sent directly to the Pastor of the West Medford Baptist Church, - Dr. Eugene Dinsmore Dolloff, 61 Boston Avenue, West Medford, Massachusetts. Kindly send letter at an early date.

May God's blessing abide richly with you.

Cordially yours, J. Imogene Blake
