The Objects of the Association are as follows:


First. To improve the directory business by the interchange of ideas, and by the exchange of competent employees.


Second. To protect the public against fraudulent advertising schemes, operated under the name of directories, and to drive the promoters of such out of the business.


Third. To provide permanent and continuous employment for honest and faithful directory canvassers.


'Fourth. For the mutual advancement of the established and prospec- tive interests of all who may become members of the association.


$100.00 Reward The Association of American Direc- tory Publishers will pay the above reward for the arrest and conviction of any one soliciting or collecting money on Fraudulent Directories, provided the convic- tion results in imprisonment than 6 months.
