Bryan Bincks & Peter Johnson hath bound them- Bond for Appear- selues ioynctly & sewally in x1 a peece that they shall ance. not dept out of the Pattent wthout leave from the Goûn' & shalbe ready to attend vpon the Court, when they shalbe called to giue an account of their company goods.

It is ordered that if any corne fence shalbe by the inhabitants of the Towne iudged insufficient, & the owner thereof forbeare mending of it more then 2 dayes after warneing giuen, the Inhabitants shall mend the said fence, & the corne of the owner of the said fence shalbe liable to pay the charges of the mending thereof.
