POSTAL NOTES.

The special delivery system includes all post offices in the United States and all classes of mail matter.


Accordingly every article of mailable matter, mailed at any post office in the United States, to which is affixed a 10 ct. special deliv- ery stamp in addition to regular postage, will be delivered at Letter Carrier offices within the carrier limits, immediately on arrival between tlre hours of 7 A. M. and 11 P. M., and at any other Post Office within one mile radius between the hours of 7 A. M. and 9 P. M.
