Commercial papers for Canada and Mexico 5 cents for first 10 oz. or less, and 1 cent each additional 2 or. or less. Limit of weight 4 lbs. 6 oz., and must be unsealed. Special Delivery-A Special Stamp of the face value of ten cents attached to any article of mailable matter, In addition to the lawful postage of such article, en- titles it to immediate dellvery within the carrier delivery limit of any Free Delivery Postoffice, and within one mile of any other Postoffice in the United States. The law permits the delivery by mail of letters bearing only the Special Delivery Stamp, but the ordinary postage due will be col- lected of the addressee on deliv- ery. Letters from foreign coun- tries bearing United States Special Delivery Stamps are entitled to Special Delivery.


The hours within which Special Delivery shall be made in Free Delivery Postoffices, are from 7 a m to 11 p m, unless in special pers (Canada and Mexico includ- cases otherwise ordered by the ed) 5 cents for 10 ounces or zo0

Limit of weight is eleven pounds except to Australia, Belgium, Ger- many, Hong Kong, Japan, Nor- way, Sweden and United Kingdom the delivery charge is 5 cents of Great Britain, Ireland and Den- mark, and tocertain places in Mex- ico, to which it is 4 lbs. 6 cz.


Limit of size is 3 ft. 6 in. long and 6 ft. length and girth com- bined, except to U. S. of Columbia, Costa Rica and Mexico, to which the limit of length is 2 ft. and girth 4 ft.


Value limited for Australia, Bel- gium, Germany, Great Britain and Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, Den- mark Peru, Norway and Sweden to $50.


Any person wishing to with- draw a letter after having mailed Postal cards, 2 cents; postal cards with paid answer, 4 cents. Registry fee 8 cents. it should make immediate appli- cation to the postmaster, and in case the letter has not been far- warded it will be returned. if the PARCELS POST. letter, provided it is not addressed Parcels may be sent by mail ac- companied by a Customs Declara- tion to the following countries: to Haiti, Japan, Dominican Re- public, U.
