" North Cambridge," James H. Davis, Postmaster. Mail arrives 74 A. M. Leaves 84 P. M.

Transient newspapers, periodicals, unsealed circulars, or other articles of printed matter, not exceeding 3 ounces in weight, to any part of the United States, prepaid, 1 c., not prepaid 2 c .; each additional ounce or fraction of an ounce, prepaid, 1 c., not prepaid, 2 c.
Regular newspapers or periodicals, paid yearly or quar- terly in advance, when circulated in the State where pub- lished, not weighing over 1} oz., ¿ c .; over 1} oz. and not over 3 oz., ¿ c .; every additional oz. or fraction, ¿ c.
