It is agreed that a quieere of paper be taken vpon the Townes account for the vse of ye select men for publike occasions
For the better ordering of our meeting [ ] the select men aboue named doe [ ] agree & engage our selues to attend the time of meeteings that shall from time to time be orderly apointed. and freely each of vs for our pticular pmise so to attend. both in timely apearance [ ] due staying till those meeteings shall be dissolued. or in case that any shall fayle in either of these pticulars. we shall tender the reasons of our actions in that case to be iudged by the major pt of ye select men which if they alowe not we each of vs for our selues doe engage to submitt to pforme wt so euer censure or penaltie shall be by them imposed vpon any of ourselues

Elea. Lusher is desired to write to such of Boston as haue giuen encour- agemt concerning a bell. for the publike vse of ye Towne that they may be still mindefull therof & know that we expect an answer
Lieft Fisher is requested to pcure whom he may best. to keep. out doggs from makeing disturbance in ye meeting house
for ye Correcting the Towne Bookes its concluded as followeth
1 that the Couent shall be transcribed & those names ther vnto sub- scribed to be anexed to the same
2: order about publike charges to be equally borne to be considered
3 order to keepe water free from ppritie transcribed
4. that 12 Acr Mead be gran to 12 Acr vpland
5. that the Town in a genrall meeting & not ye select men shall admitt Townesmen to be considered transcribed
6. about due apearance at Town Meetings to be considered
