An account of ye Town wayes Laid out by ye Seleet men of ye Town above Said Beginning at ye meeting House in Said Town and Running through Burbeans house Lott 64 Rods 4 Rods wide as it is now marked out and through Pools house Lott 120 Rods 4 Rods wide adjoyning on Burbeens Land to ye way which is Called Northfield Rode, and also ye northfield rode as it is Laid by ye General Courts Comtte from or near Pearl hill Brook to where ye way is turned into Jonathan Whitt- neys Lot, and then Going through Said Whittney Lott 24 Rods, 4 Rods wide where it is now marked out. and Runing through Thurstins Lott 50 rod 4 Rods wide where it is now marked out. and then Running through Eleazer Boyntons meddow 31 rods one rod one half wide as it is marked out and Through Becths Land 96 rod 4 rods wide. and through Moses Willards Land 26 rods 4 rods wide with high way marks to where it Coms into ye rode or way Left by ye General Courts Comtte and then running a Crofs the Corner of ye Land Laid to Archiball Mackfatrich to Groton Line .: ye ways as above mentioned is accepted and confiermed by ye Town at ye Annuell meeting in March held ye Eleventh day in ye year 1729/30

3ly. Voted that Eighty Pounds be paid to m' Gard- ner out of ye money Granted by ye General Court upon ye Lands for ye Support of ye Gospell for ye prefent year.
