1Voted that thofe perfons that Give ways through their land to the town Shall not pay any thing to the Buying of other ways in Said town untill Such time as the town has Bought So many as Shall amount to an Equal proportion of what Shall be Given Such ways to be Eftimated by the Select men that lay out the Same and Excepted by the town in the town meeting when the ways are excepted

[42] At a meeting of ye freeholders and other Inhab- itants of ye Town of Lunenburg held by adjornment on ye third Monday of May A D 1738 from an adjornment on ye Laft tuesday of April last past then Voted that a town way be Excepted from ye way Between the meeting houfe and Co !! Jofiah Willards houfe Begining at ye End of the lane as it is now fenced and runs by the fence on ye Southerly Side of Said Lane untill it comes to M! Sec- cartary Willards land two Rod wide. 108 Rod. then Runs acrofs M! Secar Willards Land one hundred and twenty Rod on Said Willards land and is marked on trees on ye Southerly Side of Said way which is two Rod wide then truns into Jonathan Abbotts land and runs acrofs one Corner of Said Abbotts land fifty one Rod two Rod wide to a two Rod way Between the firft and Second Range of Lotts in woburn farm and is marked upon trees on ye Southerly Side and from Said way one hundred and Sev-
