To either Constable of the Town of Milford, in said County,
Greeting :
In the name of the Commonwealth aforesaid, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town, qualified by law to vote in elections and in Town affairs, to meet at the Town Hall, in said Town, on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of July A. D. 1933, punc- tually at 8 o'clock in the evening, to act upon the follow- ing articles, namely :
Article 1. To choose a Moderator to preside at said meeting.
Article 2. To see if the Town will authorize the Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen to borrow money under authority of Chapter 307 of the Acts of

1933, and issue a note on notes therefor to be paid in not more than five years or at such times as may be approved by the Emergency Finance Board, or take any action in relation thereto.
Article 3. To see if the Town will raise and appropri- ate the sum of $1,412.56 for the purpose of paying an execution rendered against the Town in favor of one Odilon Martin of New Bedford, in a suit vs. John F. Nagel, in which the Town was charged as Trustee in said amount, arising out of the reconstruction of West Street, or take any action in relation to the same.
And you are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof at each of the Public Meeting Houses and at the Post Office in said Town; also cause an attested copy to be published in the Milford Daily News, a newspaper published in said Town, two Sabbaths at least before the time set for said meeting.
Hereof Fail Not, and make due return of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Clerk of said Town at the time of meeting aforesaid.

In pursuance to the foregoing Warrant, the inhabi- tants of the Town of Milford, qualified by law to vote in elections and in Town affairs, met in Town Hall in said Town on Monday, the twenty-fourth day of July, A. D. 1933, punctually at eight o'clock in the evening, and were called to order by the Town Clerk, who read the Warrant and the officer's return thereon.
Article 1. John T. McLoughlin was elected Moderator, the vote being unanimous.
Article 2. Voted: That the Treasurer, with the ap- proval of the Selectmen, be and hereby is authorized to borrow under authority of and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 307, of the Acts of 1933, the sum of $112,675.30 and to issue a note or notes of the Town

therefor, said note or notes to be paid in not more than five years or at such times as may be directed by the Emergency Finance Board named in Chapter 49 of the Acts of 1933.

Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for the construction of an Imhoff Trickler Unit at the Sewer disposal plant, and authorize the Selectmen to petition the Federal Govern- ment for a grant of money under the INDUSTRIAL RE- COVERY ACT and accept such grant, and to provide by borrowing or otherwise any sum of money that is re- quired to be raised by the Town for completing said proj- ect, or take any action in relation thereto.

D. 1933, punctually at eight o'clock in the evening, and were called to order by the Town Clerk, who read the Warrant and the officer's return thereon.
Under Article 1. The meeting made choice of John T. McLoughlin as Moderator, the vote being unanimous.
Article 2. Voted: That there be raised and appropri- ated the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) for the purpose of the construction of an addition to the present High School. All money received from the Federal Government under the National Indus- trial Recovery Act on account of such project shall be ap- plied to meet the appropriation herein made, and to meet the balance of said appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, shall be authorized to borrow said sum and to issue bonds or notes of the Town there- for, said bonds or notes to be payable in accordance with the National Industrial Recovery Act in so far as not inconsistent with said act and in accordance with Chap- ter 366 of the Acts of 1933 and Chapter 44 of the Gen- eral Laws. The whole loan shall be paid in not more than thirty (30) years, or at such period as may be deter- mined by the Emergency Finance Board, referred to in said Chapter 366 of the Acts of 1933.

Vital Statistics
Parents and others are requested to carefully examine the following lists and if any errors or omissions are discovered report them at once to the Town Clerk, that the record may be corrected, as it is of importance that the record of Vital Statistics should be complete. Here- with are extracts from the General Laws of Massachu- setts, Chapter 46.
Secton 3. Every physician or hospital medical officer registered under Section nine of Chapter one hundred and twelve, in this chapter called officer, shall keep a record of the birth of every child in cases of which he was in charge, showing date and place of birth, the name, if any, of the child, its sex and color, the name, age, birthplace, occupation and residence (including the street number, if any, and the ward number, if in a city) of each parent, the maiden name of the mother and the name of the physician or officer, if any, personally attending the birth. If the child is illegitimate, the name of and other facts relating to the father shall not be set forth except upon written request of both the father and mother. Said physician or officer shall, with- in fifteen days after such birth, mail or deliver to the clerk or registrar of the town where such birth occurred, a report stating the facts herein above required to be shown on said record and also the said written request, if any ; provided, that if said report is not so made with- in forty-eight hours after such birth, said physician or officer shall, within said forty-eight hours, mail or deliver to said clerk or registrar a notice stating the date and place of birth, the street number, if any, the ward num- ber, if in a city, and the family name. Upon presenta- tion to him of a certificate of the Town Clerk stating that any such birth has been duly reported, the Town Treasurer shall pay to such physician or officer a fee

of twenty-five cents for each birth so reported. Any physician or any such officer violating any provision of this section shall forfeit not more than twenty-five dol- lars.
