Article 22. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the use of the High School Building Committee, to be used in conjunction with moneys appropriated under Article 19 of warrant calling annual town meeting of Feb- ruary 13, 1956, said sum to be used to defray the cost of pre- liminary drawings and cost estimates for an expansion to the existing High School and for the construction of a new High School, so that the Committee may be able to decide between the two plans and recommend one at a later town meeting.

Waite, and running thence S. 76° 32' 30" E. eighty-three and 32/100 (83.32) feet along said land of Waite to an Iron Pin; thence turning and running N. 74 17' 30" E. one hundred seventy-two and 4/100 (172.04) feet along said land of Waite and land of Caroline A. Article 38. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Grif- fin Street, Village of Bondsville, from High Street easterly to

B & M Railroad crossing, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 39. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Pine Street, Village of Bondsville from South Main Street to residence of Steven Kwasniewski, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor ..

Article 43. To see if the town will vote to repair and re- surface Belchertown Street, Village of Three Rivers, from a point near Lis' Cafe to the town line, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 44. To see if the town will vote to improve Lower Bourne Street, Village of Three Rivers, from end of present im- proved surface to Sykes Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 45. To see if the town will vote to make alterations and repairs to intersection leading from Palmer Street to Ford Street, Village of Three Rivers, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 46. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Bel- chertown Road, Village of Three Rivers, from the end of the pre- sent improved road way on Belchertown Street to the Belcher- town line, and raise and appropriate by taxation or otherwise any sum of money therefor, said sum to be used in conjunction with monies allotted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the County of Hampden or take any action relative thereto.


Article 47. To see if the town will vote to resurface Or. chard Street, Depot Village, from intersection of North Main Street westerly to end of street, a distance of approximately five hundred seventy-five (575) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 48. To see if the town will vote to widen and re- surface Randall Street, Depot Village, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.

Article 49. To see if the town will vote to repair and widen Old Warren Road from State Highway Route 32 easterly to resi- dence of Sidney Clark, approximately three thousand (3000) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 50. To see if the town will vote to improve Beverly Street, Depot Village, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 51. To see if the town will vote to improve Carol Street, Depot Village, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 52. To see if the town will vote to improve Deborah Street, Depot Village, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 53. To see if the town will vote to improve June Street, Depot Village, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.

Article 55. To see if the town will vote to repair and re- surface Holbrook Street, Depot Village, from intersection of Pine Street southerly to North Main Street, a distance of ap- proximately five hundred (500) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 56. To see if the town will vote to oil or otherwise improve Thompson Street, Depot Village, from residence of Sab- lak to land of Albert Gouvin, and raise and appropriate any sumn of money therefor.


Article 57. To see if the town will vote to oil Sasur Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Linda Street to Edgewood Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 58. To see if the town will vote to oil Linda Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Chudy Street to Sylvia Street, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 59. To see if the town will vote to oil Sylvia Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Linda Street to Edgewood Street, a distance of approximately five hundred fifty (550) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.


Article 60. To see if the town will vote to oil Edgewood Street, Village of Three Rivers, from Sylvia Street to Sasur Street, a distance of approximately three hundred (300) feet, and raise and appropriate any sum of money therefor.

Article 61. To see if the town will vote to reconstruct Cal- kins Road from end of present improved surface of Palmer Road southerly to Route 20, and raise and appropriate by taxation of otherwise any sum of money therefor, said sum to be used in conjunction with monies allotted by the Commonwealth of Mass- achusetts and the County of Hampden or take any action relative thereto.


Article 62. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the construction of sewers, culverts and proper catch basins, or take any action relative thereto on the following projects:


(a) Sewer from end of present line, Riverview Parkway, Depot Village, a distance of approximately ten hundred fifty (1050) feet to property of Kostolecki;


(b) Sewer connecting to the existing end of the 12" sewer near property of George and Leona Brown on Cemetery Hili (Old County Highway) in Village of Thorndike across from St. Thomas Cemetery and running to the crossover at St. Thomas' Cemetery gates; thence running in the crossover to Route 32 and continu- ing on Route 32 toward Ware to the intersection of Flynt Street, a total distance of approximately twenty-five hundred (2500) feet, or as far as available funds will permit;


(c) Catch basins on westerly side of Sykes Street, Village of Three Rivers near property of Edward Bachand;


(d) Sewer in Main Street, Village of Thorndike beginning at Thorndike Grammar School or St. Mary's Church, which ever is more feasible, and running westerly to property of Charles Bradley.


(e) Sewer on River Street, Village of Thorndike to extend the present line from one Wilk to property of Matthew Ziemba, approximately seven hundred (700) feet.


(f) Sewers, culverts and catchbasins on State Street, Vil- lage of Bondsville from intersection of High Street easterly to Jim Ası. Road.


(g) Sewer on South High Street, Village of Bondsville from residence of Labonte northerly for a distance of approximately seven hundred fifty (750) feet.


Article 63. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate any sum of money for the construction of sidewalks and curbings and/or sidewalk or curbing, or take any action relative thereto on the projects set forth as follows:


(a) Repair, regrade and resurface with bituminous material sidewalk on north side of Maple Street, Depot Village, westerly from corner of Grove Street to present concrete walk; level and loam tree belt;


(b) Repair, regrade and resurface with bituminous material sidewalk on west side of Grove Street, Depot Village northerly

from corner of Maple Street to present terminus of walk; level and loam tree belt;


(c) Sidewalk and curbing on east side of Strong Street southerly from South Main Street, Depot Village;


(d) Curbing on west side of Strong Street southerly from South Main Street, Depot Village;


(e) Sidewalk on east side of Shearer Street, Depot Village from end of present walk northeasterly to Lawrence Street, so- called;


(f) Sidewalk of bituminous concrete on southerly side of Park Street, Depot Village from property line of one Keith to westerly property line of one Macleod, a distance of approxi- mately three hundred fifty (350) feet;


(g) Sidewalk on west side of North Main Street fromn Temple Street to Orchard Street, Depot Village;


(h) Curbing on west side of Conant Street, Depot Village southerly from South Main Street to Riverview Parkway.


(i) Curbing on Longview Street from end of present curb- ing past land of Geer; Depot Village;


(j) Sidewalk and curb on Chestnut Street, Depot Village, northerly side, entire length;


(k) Sidewalk on easterly side of South Main Street, Depot Village, a distance of approximately fourteen hundred fifty (1450) feet;


(1) Curbing where required on Randall Street, Depot Vil lage to complete curbing on both sides;


(m) Sidewalk on Pine Street, Village of Bondsville, from South Main Street to property of Stephen Kwasniewski;


(n) Sidewalk on Griffin Street, Village of Bondsville, from High Street to Boston and Maine tracks;

Article 64. To see if the town will vote to install, maintain and raise and appropriate money for additional street lights as follows:


(a) Light on Pole #39, Thompson Street, Lake Thompson District; light on Pole #1 at approach to bridge crossing Mass- achusetts Turnpike;


(b) Light on Pole #6, Deborah Street, Depot Village;


(c) Light on Pole #1, corner of Carol and Beverly Streets, Depot Village.


(d) Light on Pole #2, light on Pole #3, Beverly Street, Depot Village;


(e) Light on Pole #1, light on Pole #4, Geraldine Street, Depot Village;

And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by post- ing up attested copies thereof in some one public place in each of the four villages of the town, known as the Depot Village, Thorn- dike, Three Rivers and Bondsville, seven days at least before the holding of said meeting, and by publishing attested copy thereo? in at least two issues of the Journal-Register, a newspaper pub- lished in said Palmer, the first publication to he not less than seven days before the holding of said meeting.


Hereof, fail not and make due return of this warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk at or before the holding of said meeting.
