ORDER FOR RECOUNT
Upon receipt of petitions for a recount of the ballots cast at the Annual Town Election for the Office of Moderator the Board of Registrars met for the purpose of examining said petitions and certifying the names of ten or more registered voters in each voting precinct in conformity with Chapter 54, Section 135 of the General Laws.
After examination of said petitions, which were found to be in proper order, it was unanimously voted that the registrars be in session on March 23, 1962, at 9:00 A. M. at the Town Hall for the purpose of conduct- ing a recount of the ballots cast at the Annual Town Election for the Office of Moderator.

At the close of the Polls when all votes had been canvassed, counted, recorded and ballots sealed according to law, they were then forwarded to the Town Clerk's Office where the figures were tabulated, proved and the results declared by the Board of Registrars.
