The widening and straightening the Richardson road (so called), in North Chelmsford, as ordered by the County Com- missioners, for which an appropriation of eight hundred dollars ($800) was made, the Selectmen placed in the hands of the High- way Surveyor to do the necessary work, and the appropriation was turned over to the highways, which has been expended, except a surplus of $22.70, for which the highways have the credit.
