In addition to the general repairs the following new work has been done; new sidewalk and curb on Center Street from Oak to High and on High to the Elk's Home. New gravel on Elm Street and Court End Avenue. New drain- age on Elm Street and connected with the main sewer with four catch basins and a manhole. New drainage on Arling-

ton Street. New sidewalk from the steps on Arlington Street to George E. Keith's shoe shop. Cherry Street rebuilt from Wareham Street to the railroad crossing off Cherry Street, raised the grade three feet for four hundred feet over Fall Brook. New bridge built of cement reinforced on Fall Brook. New granolithic sidewalk and curb on Town House Avenue on the North side. The work on Plymouth Street is completed from the Carver line to the Waterville school- house. Vernon Street at North Middleboro carried out as far as the appropriation would allow it to go.
