Voted that the Surveyor of Highways' salary as set forth in the Finance Committee's report under Article 11 be increased by 10% to $3300.00;


That amounts recommended by the Finance Committee for the various departments hereunder be appropriated, except those amounts specified as a 5% increase; and that in addition thereto all salaried employees of the Town be given an increase in compensation for the current year beginning January 1, 1942 of ten percent, the amount thereof to be added by the Town Clerk to the various budget appro- priations hereunder and said amount so added be appropriated; except that the increases already provided for the police, fire and highway departments under Articles 7, 8 and 9 be not provided under this Article 11.
