For the Nomination of Candidates for certain Public Offices and the Election of certain Committees and Delegates.

NORFOLK, SS. To the Constables of the Town of Weymouth, in said County. GREETING :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of Weymouth aforesaid, qualified to vote in primaries, to meet at the polling places in their respective precincts, to wit : In Precincts One,

Three, Five and Six, at the halls of the fire engine houses located in those precincts respectively ; in Precinct Two, at the Odd Fel, lows Opera House; and in Precinct Four, at the hose house at Nash's Corner, on Tuesday, the twenty-fourth day of September, 1912, at four o'clock p. m., for the following purposes : To bring in their votes to the primary officers for the nomination of candi- dates of Political parties for the following offices.
Governor for this Commonwealth.
Lieutenant Governor for this Commonwealth.
Secretary for this Commonwealth.
Treasurer and Receiver General for this Commonwealth.

The polls will be open from four o'clock to 8 o'clock, P. M.

WARRANT FOR THE STATE ELECTION.
COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS.
NORFOLK, SS. To the Constables of the Town of Weymouth, in said County. GREETING :
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of Weymouth aforesaid, qualified to vote in elections therein, to meet at the polling places in their respective precincts, to wit : In precincts One, Three, Five and Six, at the halls of the Fire Engine Houses located in those precincts respectively ; in precinct Two, at the Odd Fellows Opera House;'and in precinct Four at the Hose House at Nash's Corner, on Tuesday, the fifth day of November next, at fifteen minutes before six o'clock in the forenoon, then and there to bring in to the Wardens of their respective precincts their votes on one ballotfor the following named public officers, to wit :
For Eighteen Electors of President and Vice-President.
For Governor of the Commonwealth.
For Lieutenant-Governor of the Commonwealth.
For Secretary of the Commonwealth.
For Treasurer and Receiver-General of the Commonwealth.
For Auditor of the Commonwealth.
For Attorney-General of the Commonwealth.
For Representative in Congress for the Fourteenth District.
For Councillor for the Second District.
For Senator for the First Norfolk District.
For Representative in the General Court for the Seventh Nor- folk District.
For one County Commissioner, in and for the County of Norfolk.
For County Treasurer, in and for the County of Norfolk.
For County Commissioner to fill a vacancy occasioned by the death of Silas A. Stone, Norfolk County.
And also, to vote on the same ballot "Yes " or " No" upon each of the following questions, viz. :
1. Shall the proposed amendment to the constitution dis- qualifying from voting persons convicted of certain offences, be approved and ratified (Chap. 21, Resolves of 1912. )

2. Shall the proposed amendment to the constitution, relative to the taxation of wild or forest lands, be approved and ratifled. (Chap. 115, Resolves of 1912. )
3. Shall an act passed by the General Court in the year nine- teen hundred and twelve, entitled '· An act relative to pensioning laborers in the employ of cities and towns " be accepted. (Chap. 503, Acts of 1912.)
The polls will be opened at fifteen minutes before six o'clock in the forenoon and may be closed at one o'clock in the afternoon.
And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting a copy thereof attested by you in writing in each of two public places in each voting precinct in said town seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk of said town three days at least before the time of said meeting.
Given under our hands at Weymouth this twenty-first day of October, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and twelve.
