Bragg, of the Town for medical expenses incurred as a result of injuries received by said officers while in the performance of their duties, as provided for under Section 100, Chapter 41 of the General Laws, in such amount and to the extent as may be recommended by the Board of Selectmen.

Sederquest, the line runs Southerly 330 feet; thence South- westerly 212 feet; thence Northerly 155 feet; thence Westerly 280 feet; thence Northerly 155 feet; thence Easterly 280 feet; thence Northerly 101.54 feet; and thence Easterly 202.77 feet to the point of beginning, all of said measurements being more or less, said parcel containing approximately 2.4 acres of land; said conveyance to be subject to the obtaining of necessary releases from and approval of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or the Metropolitan District Commission.

ARTICLE 25
To see if the Town will assume liability in the manner provided by Section 29 of Chapter 91 of the General Laws, as amended by Chapters 516 and 524, Acts of 1950, for all damages that may be incurred by work to be performed by the Department of Public Works of Massachusetts for the improvement, development, maintenance and protection of tidal and non-tidal rivers and streams, harbors, tidewaters, foreshores and shores along a public beach outside of Boston Harbor, including the Merrimack and Connecticut Rivers, in accordance with Section 11 of Chapter 91 of the General Laws; and authorize the Selectmen to execute and deliver a bond of indemnity therefor to the Commonwealth.

Forrester Road running from Vernon Street westerly approximately 1680 feet to the intersection of a private way known as Drury Lane.
b. Brewster Road running from Forrester Road westerly approximately 1280 feet to the intersection of a private way known as Pleasant Street Extension.

Said street being more fully shown on a plan entitled, "Definitive Plan and Profile, Meadowview Road, Wakefield, Massachusetts," by George E. Hayes, C. E., Melrose, Massachusetts, and dated December 1, 1956.

Beginning at a point on the southerly side of Converse Street ap- proximately 637.60 feet westerly of its intersection with Jordan Avenue; thence southeasterly a distance of approximately 151.44 feet to a point; thence westerly a distance of approximately 27.69 feet to a point; thence northwesterly a distance of approximately 150 feet to a point on the side line of Converse Street; thence easterly along said side line of Converse Street a distance of 39 feet to the point of beginning. Now therefore, be it resolved that we in Town Meeting assembled mark with infinite regret his loss and extend to his family our prayerful sympathy in this hour of sorrow.
