ART. 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to demolish, remove, sell, or otherwise dispose of the buildings now standing on the Schouler Court Site, so-called, make an appropriation for the same, determine in what manner the money shall be raised, or take any action thereon.

ART. 10. To see if the Town will ratify and confirm the con- veyance dated April 22, 1915, to the Commonwealth of Massachu- setts, through its Board of Metropolitan Park Commissioners, of a certain parcel of land extending from Mystic Street along Lower Mystic Lake (and being shown on Metropolitan Park Commission- ers' Plan No. 688, to be recorded with Middlesex South District Deeds) made by the Board of Park Commissioners and the Board of Cemetery Commissioners in behalf of the Town, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 188 of the Special Acts of the year 1915 of the Legislature of the said Commonwealth.


ART. 11. To see if the Town will authorize the Selectmen to purchase a pulmotor, make an appropriation therefor, or take any action thereon.


ART. 12. To see if the Town will accept the following de- scribed parcels of land taken by the Joint Board of Selectmen and Board of Public Works, under date of April 29, 1915, by virtue and under the authority of Chapter 443 of the Acts of 1904 and amend- ments thereto; said parcels being remnants of land remaining after the laying out of Summer Street, said land shown on the plan referred to.
