Bounded by a line beginning on Kenrick Street, at the dividing line between the City of Newton and the City of Boston (formerly the Town of Brighton), thence westerly through the centre of Kenrick Street to and crossing Waverley Avenue, thence westerly through the centre of Sargent Street, to and crossing Centre Street, thence west- erly through the centre of Cabot Street to a point opposite the north end of Blake Street, as laid down on plan of Cabot land, thence north by the west boundary of land of George C. Lord to the south-west corner of Mt. Ida land, as per plan of land belonging to Langdon Coffin, thence by the west line of said land to the Stone Bridge over Cold Spring Brook on Newtonville Avenue, thence following the centre of said brook, crossing Washington, Adams, and Pearl Streets to the dividing line between the City of Newton and the town of Watertown, thence easterly and northerly by said line to the centre of Charles River, thence by said river to the dividing line between the City of Newton and the City of Boston (formerly Brighton), thence south-east- erly by said line to the point of beginning.
