FRANCIS P. OLIVER, Agent, 104 and 108 Main Street, Worcester, Mass. Dealer in Hall, Parlor, Office, and Cooking STOVES, FOR WOOD AND COAL, Among which may be found the celebrated Statesman, Public Favor, Prize, Pilot, and other Cooking Stoves, Franklin Coal Burners, Air-Tight and Box Stoves. . Agent for the Manufacture and Sale of

MACGREGOR'S CELEBRATED VENTILATING PARLOR, OFFICE AND HALL STOVES AND HOT-AIR FURNACES,

Which have been in use for twelve years, and, with the Recent Improvements, for Economy, Purity of Air, and Ease in Man- agement, has no Equal.

They can be so regulated as to give any degree of heat required, and unlike other anthracite c alburners, ventila e the apart- ments quite as thorough y as a woud fire or open Franklin, producing a current of air at once moi.t. pure and agreeable, and as NONE OF THE AIR WHICH COMES IN CONTACT WITH THE FIRE-POT, IS USED FOR RESPIRATION. the ten- dency to produce headache so much com- plained of by those using stoves and fur- naces is entirely obviated.

The fire may be continued from one to three days without replenishing.

These stoves are beautiful In design, and finished in the most perfect manner. They are equally appropriate, and have given universal satisfaction to all who have adop ted them for Offices and Stores. as well as the Parlor. The inventor chal- Jengis THE WORLD to produce an article by which so much pure warm air can be gen- erated from so small an amount of fuel- requiring but about fifteen lbs. anthracite coal to warm an ordinary parlor for twen-) ty-four hours without replenishing, and then leaving fire enough to rekindle, with- out the use of charcoal. The coal is all consumed and no clinkers made, conse- quently sifting coal is dispensed with. When the Stove is properly managed, the fire continues through the entire season, without once going out Our SIXTEEN SIZES are calculated for, and will suit the capacity of the smallest rooms, or the largest Houses, Stores. Halls or Churches, while one size of the Furnace will warm 2.x ,000 cubic feet of space. Added to all these qualifications. the purchaser may reasonably expect to save 30 per cent. in fuel expense.

It is so constructed as to combine great strength and durability with the smallest possible weight ; the cutters are so fornied as to prevent all liability to clog: it may be stopped and started in wet or lodged grass, without backing; the seat is so placed that the operator can ride with case to himself (and the horse: it has a wheel and lever by which the operator can instantly raise the cutter-lar 6 or 8 inches and by another lever, throw it in and out of gear, to pass over a stone or other obstruc- tion, and the machine may thus be drawn to and from the field, &c. ; it operates well on rough or uneven ground, where other machines cannot mow. It is entirely of iron. and is so adjusted and guarded against accidents, that it requires bat little more attention to keep it in working order, than the common scythe.
