Jeremiah England Blacksmith for himself and as Attorny and in ye behalfe of his brother Daniel Moulton of sª Portsmº Marriner Sendeth Greeting (Know ye) the sª Joseph Moulton in ye Capassity Faforesd) for and in Con- sideration of Seventy one pounds Money to him in hand well and Truly paid and Secured to be paid by ye award and Determination of Mr Peter Nowel and Mr Sam1 Came of York July 7th 1719 by Mr Jeremiah Moulton Sent of sª York in ye County of York in ye Late province of maine in New England at ye receipt whereof ye sª Joseph moulton for him- self and his sd Brother Daniel doth Acquit and Discharge ye sª Jeremiah Moulton Sent and his heirs Executors and ad- ministrators forever and hath given granted Bargained Sold Discharged and Quitclaimed and doth hereby give grant Bargain Sell Aliene Enfeoffe Discharge Quitclaime and fully freely and Absolutely make ouer and Confirm unto ye sª Jeremiah Moulton and to his heirs and assigns forever all ye right and Interest Title Claime Demand that they ye sª Joseph and Dan1 Moulton Now have had or Ever of right Title or Interest of Inheritance ought to have unto all or any part of ye Estate or Estates that did or ought to belong to them or Either of them that was belonging unto their father Joseph Moulton and their Grandfather Thomas Moul- ton both Late of sª York Deceased both Real and personal which is mention in abovesd award not to Meddle with any of those Lands &ca ye sd Joseph Moulton the father of ye sd Joseph and bought of John Twesden of sd York Deceased which sª Land is not Intended in this deed of Quittclaime but is Excepted but all other ways as is above Expressed and Set forth unto him ye sd Jeremiah Moulton Sent and his heirs and assigns forever with all ye rights Titles Interests Improvements Emoluments and appurtenances whatsoever or that hereafter may redown unto ye Same or any part or parcell thereof To Have & To Hold and Quietly to pos- sess occupy and Enjoy as a sure Estate in ffee Simple more- over ye sd Joseph for himselfe and his sª Brother Dan1 and for their heirs Executors & administrators to and with ye sd Jeremiah his heirs and assigns doth Indent Covenant Ingage
