First-An experienced and highly accomplished corps of Teachers in all branches usually taught in first-class seminaries for Young Ladies and Girls. Advantages for instruction in Music, Art and Modern Languages unsurpassed.

Second -- Location at Raleigh, the Capital of the State, in direct railroad and telegraphic communication with every place in the country. Prin- cipal office connected by telephone with telegraph office. Climate of Raleigh proverbial for health.

Third-Building most conveniently arranged of any in the State ; heated by steam and lighted by gas. The sleeping-rooms of pupils arranged for two occupants, neatly and comfortably furnished, and each warmed by a steam radiator, danger from fire in use of open fire- places and stoves being thus avoided, as well as health and comfort promoted. The large and elegant assembly-room is lighted by elec- tricity, and electric bells are through the whole building.

Fourth-The religious advantages. All the Protestant churches are represented in Raleigh. While PEACE INSTITUTE is under the auspices of Pres- byterians, it is by no means sectarian. Pupils on the first Sunday of each month attend churches of their parents' choice.

Fifth-Expenses less than any Female Seminary offering same advantages.

Special terms for two or more pupils from same fam- ily or neighborhood. Correspondence solicited.
