The new Hall of Science and Practical Arts, built and equipped at a cost of over $25,000, has recently been occupied and The Slater School is now in a position of high rank in the matter of Science Teaching and Technical Training. Courses and Training Offered :


Academic, Normal and Industrial Courses are offered to prepare for teaching and life. A strong faculty has charge and the above courses have been so standardized as to lead to State Teachers' Certificates without examination. Expenses :


Tuition free to all pupils.


Board per school month of four weeks, for boys, $14.00; for girls, $13.50.


Laundry per month for boys, $1.50.


Girls do their own laundering in the school laundry. Light, fuel, water for all pupils each half year, $12.50. Entrance and athletic fee, when enrolling, $6.00.
