TRUST FUNDS.
Herewith is a statement of the Trust Funds in possession of the town and the disposition made of the same :
THE COL. THOMAS NESMITH FUND.
One thousand dollars was given to the town by Mr. Nesmith in May, 1871. This fund is invested in the Town of Windham, and six per cent. interest is paid annually for the purchase of new books for the Nesmith library.
GEORGE WILSON FUND.
One thousand dollars was given to the town by Mr. Wilson, Jan. 21, 1893, the income to be used in beautifying and fertilizing the cemetery on the hill. The fund was deposited in the Me- chanics Bank of Nashua. In about three months after the de- posit was made the bank was put in the hands of a receiver. Two dividends of 15 per cent. each and one of ten per cent. have since been paid by the bank, the balance still remaining, with the prospect of another small dividend in the future.
Mr Wilson kindly supplemented his gift by sending a check in May, 1896, for five hundred dollars, to make good to the town the possible loss on the deposit. The $500 is invested in the Town of Windham.
DORA HASELTINE FUND.
Five hundred dollars was given to the town in May, 1896, by Dora Haseltine, and six per cent. interest to be paid annually for the care of the "Cemetery on the Plain." It is invested in the Town of Windham.
. ARMSTRONG MEMORIAL FUND.
One thousand dollars was given to the town in 1889 by George W. Armstrong. The income to be used in and about the Arm- strong Memorial building.
The fund was invested in five shares of the capital stock of the Pullman Car company. Quarterly dividends of ten dollars each have since been received. A report of the use of these dividends will be found in the report of the Treasurer of the Board of Library Trustees.

REPORT OF CEMETERY COMMITTEE.
REPORT OF CEMETERY COMMITTEE FOR THE YEAR ENDING, FEB. 15, 1907.
The cemeteries have been under the same general supervision and the same sexton as during the past four years.
The trustees of the Dora Haseltine fund voted to allow the use of a portion of the income from that fund to be used in im- proving the avenues in cemetery on the plain but owing to ina- bility to procure help the committee were unable to carry out their plans and for the same reason the work commenced in cemetery on the hill is not completed. It is their purpose to do this work as early as possible in the spring. We acknowledge the receipt of one hundred dollars from Heirs of Olin Parker for the perpetual care of the Olin Parker lot in cemetery on the hill.
Through the kindness of Mrs. M. J. H. Berry the hitching posts at cemetery on plain have been painted.
Respectfully submitted, GEORGE F. ARMSTRONG, JOHN E. COCHRAN, WILLIAM D. COCHRAN.
