Of the forgoing notes, six thousand seven hundred fifty eight dollars fourty-four cents are at five per cent; forty-five thousand five hundred thirty dollars eighty-three cents at four per cent.
We find order No. 267 in favor of J. Q. Roles footed $211 35 it should be $211 85.
Since completing the report, the Auditors have ascertained that the most of the items under the heading "paid for breaking highways more than taxes', conveys a wrong idea; the fact being that the parties paid their Winter taxes in money, and the sums set against their names represent the whole amount worked by them during the Winter. of 1879 & 1880.
