TOWN WARRANT


THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

To the inhabitants of the Town of Tuftonboro in the County of Carroll in said State, qualified to vote in town affairs :


You are hereby notified to meet at the Town Hall in said Tuftonboro on Tuesday, the twelfth day of March next, at nine of the clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjects :


Article I. To choose all necessary Town Officers for the year ensuing.


Article 2. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year, and make appropri- ation of the same.


Article 3. To choose a delegate to the Constitutional Con- vention.


Article 4. To see if the town will vote to lay out and build a road, beginning at a stake and stone near the dwelling of Irving McDuffee, continuing in an easterly direction, along the shore of Dan Hole Pond to a stake and stone at town line, agree- able to a petition signed by Theodore Thompson and others.


Article 5. To see if the town will vote to construct a per- manent bridge, either steel, concrete, or both, over Melvin river, in the Village of Melvin in said town, and to raise and appropri- ate money for the same, and to appoint necessary agents to carry the vote into effect, agreeable to a petition signed by Forrest E. Hodgdon and others.


Article 6. To see if the town will vote to put in proper re- pair that part of the highway leading from Melvin Village to Mirror Lake, in said town, which lies between the residence of Herman Hodgdon and the old "schoolhouse lot," so called, and to raise and appropriate money for the same.

Article 8. To transact any other business that may legally come before said meeting.
