(TOWN WARRANT) THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
To the inhabitants of the Town of Swanzey, in the County of Cheshire in said state, qualified to vote in town affairs :
You are hereby notified to meet at the Town House in said Swanzey on Tuesday the eighth day of March next, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following sub- jects :
1. To choose all necessary officers for the ensuing year ; to elect three Selectmen, one for three years, one for two years, one for one year.
2. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray town charges for the ensuing year and make appropria- tions of the same.
3. To bring in your ballots upon each of the questions submitted by the Convention to revise the Constitution rela- tive to the amendments proposed by said Convention at a ses- sion held on January 28, 1921.
4. To hear reports of town officers and agents in regard

to the present methods of conducting town business and to re- ceive any suggestions as to changes and to act thereon.
5. To see if the town will vote to raise money to secure state aid on its highways or take any action thereon.
6. To see if the town will vote to raise $200.00, the state to give $200.00. total $400.00, for state aid maintenance.
7. To see if the town will vote to raise $2,413.50, the state to give $603.25, making a total of $3,016.75 for state aid con- struction.
8. To see if the town will vote to raise $2,750, the state to give $4,125, making a total of $6,875 for trunk line mainte- nance.
9. To see if the town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter 117, Laws of 1917, on a section of the Monadnock Road, so-called, and appropriate, or set aside from the amount raised for highway work the sum of $350.00 for this purpose.
10. To see if the town will vote to put in a cement bridge at Swanzey Factory on the Monadnock Road, and raise money for the same.
11. To see if the town will vote to place two electric lights on the road between George Willis' store and the Don Taft place in East Swanzey.
12. To see if the town will vote to erect electric lights

upon the road leading from the Elm House at Swanzey Fac- tory to South Keene, past the Dan Cole mill.
13. To see if the town will vote to repair a portion of the sidewalk on the south side of Maple street, in West Swanzey, and raise money therefor.
14. To see if the town will vote to raise $500.00 for a suit- able honor roll for the soldiers of the past war.
15. To see if the town will vote to raise $150.00 for the control of the white pine blister rust.
16. To see if the town will vote to raise money to decorate the soldiers graves and how much.
17. To see if the town will vote to put a tile drain on Maple street from Homestead avenue to the Ashuelot river in West Swanzey, and raise money therefor.
18. To see how much money the town will vote to raise for Old Home Week.
19. To see how much the town will vote to raise for the care of cemeteries.
20. To see how much money the town will vote to raise for electric lights.
21. To see if the town will vote to raise $125.00 for the support of the Stratton Free Library.
22. To see if the town will vote to raise $125.00 for the support of the East Swanzey Community House Free Library.

24. To see how much the town will vote toward paying the town debt.
25. To see if the town will vote to give a discount on all taxes paid before July first.
26. To see if the town will vote to accept $100.00 for care of the Asa Healey cemetery lot.
27. To see if the town will vote to accept $100.00 for care of the Mary E. Hill cemetery lot.
28. To see if the town will vote to accept the legacy of $200.00 for the care of the Willard Ballou and George D. Stone cemetery lot and the legacy of $100.00 for the care of the Frank Hill and John H. Phillips cemetery lot in Mount Caesar cemetery in Swanzey Center upon the terms in the will of Nettie M. Stone.
29. To see whether the town will vote to accept as trus- tee the residue of the estate of said Nettie M. Stone as trustee for the Richardson Park Association or authorize the Select- men to take such steps as they may deem advisable relative thereto and also to authorize the Selectmen to relinquish to the donees named in a certain paper left by said Nettie M. Stone. the articles of personal property described in such paper or memorandum so far as the town has an interest in such articles.
30. To elect one committee for Old Home Day.
