GLEASON. This name has been variously spelled, Gleison, Glezen, and sometimes, as formerly pronounced, Leesen. Thomas Gleason is found at Cambridge, Mass. 1657, where he d. about 1681. Ilis wife's name was Susanna, who had four ch., Thomas, Joseph, John, and Mary. Thomas was in Sudbury, Mass. 1665; rem. to Framingham, Mass. where he d. July 25, 1705. He m. Saralı who d.
