Secondly We have Set off to the Said Widow Abigail Dean for the Part of Deborah one of the Chilldren of the said Intes- tate who Died since he Died The Westerly half of the Dwelling house of the said Intestate where he lived with the Land about the same together with the shops standing thereon at the Westerly End of said house Bounded as follows (viz.)
