To George Dennett we have Sett off Thirteen Acres of said Land bounded Northeasterly by Elliotts Land fifteen Rods thirteen Links, Southeasterly by Land hereafter set off to Eliza- beth Miller, Widow of said Deceased, Southwesterly by the High way leading from Portsmouth to Knight's Ferry, Fifty three Rods & fifteen Links on said High way & Northwesterly by Thompson's Land as appears by a Plan herewith, that Lott marked Nº 1 in said Plan :
