FIRST WARD -Commencing at the corner of
Fourth avenue and South Pearl street; thence along the center of Fourth avenue to the center of Elizabeth street; thence through center of Eliza- beth street to the center of Third avenue; thence along the center of Third avenue to the center of Hawk; thence through the center of Hawk street to the center of Morton; thence through center of Morton to the center of Delaware avenue; thence through center of Delaware avenue to the south bounds ofthe city ; thence along the south bounds of the city to the east bounds of the city; thence along the east bounds of the city to the former south line of the city ; thence along the former south line of the city to the center line of South Pearl street; thence along the center of South Pearl street to the center of Fourth avenue, the place of beginning.
