STATEN ISLAND fanry Dyeing Establishment Offices : Nos. 5 & 7 JOHN STREET, NEW YORK, AND

47 North Eighth Street, Philadelphia.

The dyeing of Silk, Woollen and Fancy Goods, has, for a long term of years, occupied the close attention of the undersigned at Staten Island. For the last ten years, it has been their exclusive business, for which they have built up a New Establishment at Staten Island, now the most extensive for this business in the country, and, as far as known, in the world. All the approved appli- ances and apparatus of the art have been here brought into requisition, the most competent and expert of foreign dyers and chemists have been induced to work in their establishment, and for large fees, to impart the important modern discoveries of European dyers.

Great improvement has been made in the dyeing and re-finishing of

ENGLISH & FRENCH CRAPES,

Especial effort and expense has also been devoted to dyeing and re-finish- ing SATIN AND TAFFETA RIBBONS, which they are now enabled to do in a style new in this country, and altogether superior.
