This Company gives to its Dealers the privilege of receiving in cash, at the end of each year, upon all new Risks under the New York form of policy, a return of fifteen per cent. of all Premiums paid and earned during the year, in lieu of Scrip, at the option of the Dealer, to be signified upon application for the insurance ; such privilege, however, being confined to persons and firms, the aggregate of whose premiums upon such policies earned and paid during the year, shall amount to the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
