E. 52d on even hours. and ft. E. 64th on the half hours from 7 A.M. to 12 P.M. Visitors to Randall's Island from ft. E. 120th every hour from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. The Bellevue Hospital can be visited daily from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M.
