It is sitnated within seventy-five feet of the Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburg Depot, and two blocks from the postoffice; and is recommended by the location to the traveling public. It is a handsome and substantial hrick edifice, occupying sixty-five feet on Long Ave. and two hundred feet on Franklin St. The office, cafe and bar are on the ground floor. The latter is well stocked with the choicest "wet goods:" The cafe has been made famous by its choice viands, served at prices competing with metropolitan restaurants of world wide fame. The dining-room is also situated on the first floor. It is spacious, well ventilated, artistically frescoed and has a seating capacity of two hundred persons. .. On the second floor is located a dining-room for private par -- ties, writing room, parfor, bedrooms and a large home-like sitting-room and parlor. The bed rooms, fifty in number, are large, airy and tastefully furnished. The sanitary arrangements are perfect, and hot and cold water stands are on every floor. The bath-rooms are neat, clean and Sthoroughly modern. - The building is lighted throughout with electricity and heated hy gas. The efficiency of the service is such as can only be procured under the discipline and tntorship of the experienced and affable "B. K."


"B. K.".has been in the hotel business for 20 years and looks after every department. him. self-personally superintends every detail of his immense business. He allows no drinks to be sold to men of known intemperate habits or miners. Persons of immoral propensities are refused admittance to any part of his hotel. "Card playing is positively forbidden.
