The Cosmopolite, published at Girard. Pa., by Jacob Bender, furnishes the general and local news to a large portion of the citizens of Erie Co. The general appearance of the Cosmopolite is evidence that it is appreciated by the reading public. The Local Department is well sustained and the editorials show ability and good judgment.
