We, the undersigned, duly qualified Assessors of Taxes of the Town of Narragan- sett, having given notice to the St. Peter's By-the-Sea Chapel or the Trustees of said Church, having real estate in said Narragansett liable to taxation, as by law required, of the proposed assessment of a tax upon the said real estate so liable to taxation in the years, to wit-1922, 1923, 1924 and 1925, and which said taxes were in said years erroneously and illegally omitted in the assessment of said years, have in the Annual Assessment for the year 1927, it being the next annual assessment of taxes after which such omissions became known to us, valued the lands and buildings belonging to said St. Peter's Chapel or the Trustees of said Church, and liable to taxation in eacli of said years, to wit-in the year 1922 as and for the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) ; the year 1923 as and for the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) ; the year 1924 as and for the sum of Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($7,800.00) ; the year 1925 as and for the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300). And we have assessed a tax of One Dollar and Seventy-five Cents ($1.75) on each One Hundred

Dollars ($100.00) valuation in the said year of 1922 as ordered by the Electors of said Town of Narragansett at the Annual Financial Town Meeting holden in said year, to wit, the sum of Five Dollars and Twenty-five Cents ($5.25) ; and have also assessed a tax of Two Dollars ($2.00) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) valuation in the year 1923 as ordered by the Electors of said Town of Narragansett at the Annual Financial Town Meeting holden in said year, to wit-the sum of Six Dollars ($6.00) and have also assessed a tax of Two Dollars ($2.00) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) valuation in the year 1924 as ordered by the Electors of said Town of Narra- gansett at the Annual Financial Town Meeting holden in said year, to wit-the sum of One Hundred and Fifty-six Dollars ($156.00) ; and have also assessed a tax of Two Dollars ($2.00) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) valuation in the year of 1925 as ordered by the Electors of said Town of Narragansett at the Annual Financial Town Meeting holden in said year, to wit-the sum of Six Dollars ($6.00) as per the annexed Special Tax Roll agreeably according to law.
