G. O. The Bufinefs of the Mareans to be man- aged in the following manner. The Captains are to give upon honour thofe that are railey watermen for this fervice, upon Condition that they are will- ing to go. The others who know to be nither fea men or water men are not to be fuffered to quit their Compe. The Colo is to appoint a man from each Compe to ferve as a waggoner under Mr Fer- gufon & not to be taken from that duty. A General Court Martiall to fett immediately for triall of all perfons brought before them. A few men from every Regiment to give in their names to ferve as expreffes and to be paid for it.

As General Lee totally difapproves the Court Martiall Yefterday, by the fentence of which the fame flight punishment is adjudged for the moft Henious & Dangerous of all Capitol Crimes, Mu- tiny, as is inflicted for the moft trival offences, he remits the punifhment of the whole, but orders Carter immediately to be difcharged from the army. G. O. A return to be made by the Bragade Major of all the Names of the Artillery Officers & re- turned to the General, that their Commiffions be immediately fettled.
