Annual Town Meeting
The legal voters of the town of Dover, Vt., are hereby notified and warned to meet at the church in Dover Center on Tuesday, the 4th day of March, next, at 10 o'clock a.m., to act upon the following articles, to wit :
ARTICLE 1. Shall licenses be granted for the sale of intoxicating liquors in this town?
ART. 2. To act upon the auditors' report.
ART. 3. To choose all town officers required by law to be elected at the annual March meeting.
ART. 4. To see if the town will vote to pay their town officers for the ensuing year, and, if so, how much.
ART. 5. To see what sum of money or per cent of the grand list the town will vote to raise to defray the expenses and liabilities of said town.
ART. 6. To see what sum of money or per cent of the grand list the town will vote to raise for the maintenance of highways.
ART. 7. To see what sum of money or per cent of the grand list the town will vote to raise for school purposes.
ART. 8. To see what action the town will take in regard to the books willed to the town by the late Lucy (Rawson) Chase, and to elect library trustees if the town so orders.
ART. 9. To see if the town will vote to raise a sum of money for library purposes, and, if so, how much.
ART. 10. To see if the town will vote to raise a sum of money for highway purposes to take advantage of the state aid law, and, if so, how much.
ART. 11. To see if the town will have medical inspection of its schools.

The auditors of the town of Dover, Vt., respectfully sub- mit the following report. The grand list of 1913 was $2,- 769.71. On this list there has been assessed a tax of 155 cents on the dollar-15 cents for town, 50 cents for school and 30 cents for highway.
