Annual Town Meeting
The legal voters of the town of Dover, Vt., are hereby notified and warned to meet at the church in Dover Center on Tuesday, the seventh day of March next, at 10 o'clock a.m., to act upon the following articles, to wit:
Article 1. To choose a moderator.
Article 2. Shall licenses be granted for the sale of into icating liquors in this town?
Article 3. Shall an act of the General Assembly of 1915, entitled, "An act to prohibit the sale of intoxicating liquors," become a 1.w May 1, A. D. 1916?
Article 4. Shall an act of the General Assembly of 1915. entitled, "An act to provide for primary elections," become a law March 20 1916?
Article 5. Will the town vote to install a uniform system of public accounting, as recommended by the officials appointed by the governor under the act of 1915?
Article 6. To act upon the auditors' report.
Article 7. To choose all town officers required by law to be elected at the annual March meeting.
Article 8. To see if the town will vote to pay their town officers for the ensuing year, and if so, how much.
Article 9. To see what sum of money or per cent of the grand list the town will vote to raise to defray the expenses and liabilities of said town.
Article 10.' To see what sum of money or per cent of the grand list the town will vote to raise for the maintenance of highways
