Pastor, Huntington, Mass., 1866-7; Belpre, Ohio, 1867-71; Brooklyn, O., 1872-3 ; Pawtucket church, Lowell, Mass., 1874-6. Pastor at Wolcott, May 1877 to May 1879; Brownington and Orleans, July 1879 to Sept. 1882; Williston, Jan. 1883 to Apr. 1890; Randolph Center, May 1890 to Apr. 1898. REV. MARCELLUS WINSLOW FARMAN, born in Westfield, July 29, 1865. Became blind at age of 20. Student at Univer- sity of Vermont, class of 1891, in 1887-90. Ordained June 18, 1901, but never served as pastor. Chaplain of State Senate since 1902. Unmarried. Died in Montpelier, Feb. 15, 1917, of apoplexy.
REV. PRESCOTT FAY, born in Westboro, Mass., Dec. 8, 1826. Amherst College, 1851; Andover Seminary, 1855. Pastor, Lancaster, N. H., 1856-65, being ordained there Feb. 27, 1856; Rochester, N. H., 1865-7; New Ipswich, N. H., 1867-9; Vine St. church, Minneapolis, Minn., 1869-72 ; in mission work in that city, 1872-81. Lived in Cambridge, Mass., 1881-9, being pastor at Woods Hole, Mass., 1887-9. During this time he was pastor at Sudbury, Vt., Apr. 1884 to Apr. 1885 ; pastor at Quechee, July 1889 to Aug. 1894. After- wards lived at Saxonville, Mass., where he died June 23, 1916.
REV. HENRY MARTIN GODDARD, born in Ludlow, May 3, 1869. Middlebury College, 1890 ; Yale Divinity School, 1893. Ordained at South Royalton, Jan. 3, 1894, and pastor there and at Royalton from Oct. 1893 to May 1899. Pastor, West Concord, N. H., 1899-1907; Essex, Mass., 1907-13 ; North Reading, Mass., 1913 till his death in Boston, Mass., May 12, 1917, of cancer of the stomach. He leaves a widow and three children.

Pastor at Townshend, July 1884 to June 1887 ; installed colleague pastor at Westminster West, Oct. 12, 1887, and was full pastor after the death of Dr. Alfred Stevens in 1893 ; dismissed, Sept. 23, 1903. Lived thereafter at Brattleboro, and died there Jan. 29, 1917, leaving a widow, two sons, and a daughter.
REV. FRANK JESSE GRIMES, born in Keene, N. H., Oct. 25, 1833. Hartford Seminary, 1874. Ordained in Hartford, Conn., June 2, 1875. Pastor Presb. church, Hillsdale, N. Y., 1875-7; Cong. church, Falls Village, Conn., 1877-8; West- moreland, N. H., 1879-82; Bernardston, Mass., 1883-5 ; Charlemont, Mass., 1885-8; then lived in Keene, N. H., to 1893.
