It is under the control of the Grand Lodge of the Order, but its title is not meant to con- vey any idea of exciusiveness as to the class admitted to its sheltering officea. To be a homeless orphan is the ouly passport required at its portals.

The entrance fee is five dollars, and dues three dollars per quarter.
