CONDUCTED BY

BROTHERS OF THE CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS.

This Institution offers Students every facility for acquiring a thoroughly Christian and practical Education-an education that will not only enable, but engage them to fulfill faithfully their duties as Christians, and thus make them good and useful members of society.

The Brothers are trained to the work of education; it is their vocation -- the sole object of their Society. They live in the same house, sit at the same table, preside at the recrea- tions, and, as far as possible, form a family circle with the Students, in order the more easily to gain their confidence, and thus be in a position to direct them successfully in their studies.

THE STUDIES.

The Studies are divided into two distinct courses-Collegiate and Commercial.

The usual Academic Degrees are conferred on those who merit the distinction.

The Business or Commercial Course is thoroughly organized, and forms a separate Department. A Diploma is awarded to those who complete this course and pass the required examination.

All the classes are examined publicly at the end of each Term.

The result of the monthly examinations of each Student is sent to the 'Parents or Guardian.

Besides the usual Class Exercises in Elocution, Literary Societies are organized to give the Students further opportunity for the cultivation of General Literature and Public Speaking.

TERMS.

{Payments Invariably in Advance.)
