WITH TRAP.

WITH OFFSET.

The Golden Gate Plug Closet.

(1.) It has a simple, strong valve, suitable for any pressure, self-closing by a genuine Phosphor Bronze Spring, acting with the pressure.

'To prevent breaking and weakening of the spring, I have gone to the expense of using Ph api Bronze Wire, which will have the desired effect.

(2.) It has a real sanitary overflow, a copper float attached to a bell of the name metal resting the face of the brass overflow pipe, operated by the rising of the water in the clow is above its level, I na absolutely preventing any es ape of sewer gas even the closets being without water.

(3.1 It has no dead corner, consequently no foul water will be left in the chart after the lifting the handle. A constant rush out of the flood chambers will keep the closet and trap perfectly clean

(4.) The plug or plunger is made in such shape as to prevent passing of rubbish into the fel chambers, resting with a soft rubber gasket on a ground heavy brass seat.

(5.) All the iron parts are dipped into boiling hot asphaltum varnish. This system is far superior to painting with a brush in order to prevent rusting.

With the above stated points, I am able to call my Closets the most perfect and cheapest in the Market.

N. B. Architects who endeavor to furnish their patrons with the most reliable goods, should n hesitate to give this closet a trial.
