Building Associations and Sav. Banks.

These differ from Savings Banks, in requiring monthly payments to be made of 1 dollar on a share, and in loaning money at a bonus. No moneys can be withdrawn until the shares, including principal and interest, amount to $200, when the stock becomes full. Besides payments on stock, these associations receive money on deposit, to be withdrawn at pleasure, on which they allow six per cent . interest, paid semi-annually, the same as Savings Banks.
