The Mayor, Clerk, Judge) of the City Court, one Councilman from each ward, and three ' Councilmen-at-Large are elected every four years.
The next City Election will be held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November, 1921.
The Council meets the second and fourth Mondays at 7:00 p m from Oc- tober 1 to April 1; at 7:30 from April 1 to October 1. Council Committees meet Tuesday night preceding each regular meeting.
Board of Public Works meets from 10 a m to noon on Tuesdays, and Wednes- day nights at 7:15 of each week. The last Friday of each month at 10 a m. Special meetings for consideration of street improvements, etc., subject to the call of the Clerk of the Board upon re- quest of any member. The consideration of Water Works business Wednesdays at 10 a m.
Board of Park Commissioners meets first and third Fridays of each month at 7:30 p m.
Board of Public Safety meets Fridays at 5 p. m. Special meetings subject to the call of the Clerk of the Board upon request of any member of the Board of Public Safety.
Board of Health meets the second Wednesday of each month at 12 in the Health Office, Room 10, City Hall.
Board of School Trustees meets the first Tuesday of each month in the new High School Building.
