Located in one of the most central and healthy positions in the city of Indianapolis-corner Meridian and New York streets, contemplates a full and complete course in the elementary, solid and ornamental branches of education.


It is designed to furnish to the West all the advantages that are afforded in our older and Eastern Institutions.


The Faculty is composed of Five Gentlemen and Six Ladies, who have acquired experience and reputation in the East in their several depart- ments.


The school furniture and apparatus are of Eastern manufacture.


The buildings are fitted up for the comfort and health of the pupils, and have a full complement of class-rooms, music-rooms, &c., &c.


Expense of Board, fuel, light, &c., with English Tuition, $150 per year of 41 weeks. Music, $10 per quarter. French, Latin, Greek and German, each, $5.00 per Quarter. Drawing and painting, $5.00 per Quarter.


The Scholastic year commences the first Monday of September, and is divided into two Terms-the Second Term commences the Second Monday of February, and closes the last Friday of June.
